When pets urinate on carpets the odour is caused by bacteria in their urine. Carpet shampoo does not kill the bacteria and will only deodorise the carpet for a short period of time. We use a special Micro-bacterial chemical that kills all the bacteria in the pet urine and therefore gets rid of the unpleasant odours. 

Pet urine odour extraction process: If the carpets are dry then all the carpets are vacuumed to remove any dry loose dirt. The affected areas are sprayed with the special Micro-bacterial chemical. The chemical is left to react with the pet urine for about 10 minutes.

The stain or mark is then uplifted using our industrial extraction machines. An area of about 30 to 40 centimetres around the stain is treated as the pet urine spreads out under the carpet and will always be bigger than the visible stain. The stain is extracted out using plain water.
